- Bianca Umali is dubbed as the ‘Princess of Drama’.
- She is known for her heavy crying scenes and was praised by fans and co-artists alike.
- The actress gets shy when praised and thinks that her acting is still not that good enough.
Bianca Umali and her onscreen partner Miguel Tanfelix are dubbed as the ‘Princess and Prince of Drama’ since they’ve been doing emotionally heavy scenes in almost all their projects.
We only see the onscreen couple once in a family comedy – “Ismol Family” starring Ryan Agoncillo and Carla Abellana. Other than that, they’ve been pouring tears. They can also be seen in “Kambal Karibal” which is also a drama series.
In that regard, Bianca received praises on her acting not only from netizens and viewers, but also her co-artists such as Carmina Villaroel, Alfred Vargas, and Marvin Agustin. Apparently, Bianca is not used to getting praises and doesn’t know how to react when she gets one.
She remains humble and still believes she has a lot to learn.
One of the common problems about the acting industry is the artists not able to immediately shift from the script to reality. Sometimes, they still carry their acting roles in real life. Fortunately, Bianca Umali is aware of this and does her best to avoid mixing the two.
The series “Kambal Karibal” continues to extend due to its high demands. As expected, we will be seeing more crying scenes from the actress, and it probably will get heavier as the story nears its conclusion. Catch Bianca Umali in “Kambal Karibal” every weekday night on GMA after “The Cure.”
