- As predicted by numerous fans of the segment, Juliana Parizcova Segovia was crowned Miss Q & A Grand Winner at the Resorts World Manila in Pasay City on Saturday (June 30).
First-ever ‘Miss & A’ Hall of Famer Juliana Parizcova Segovia was also named as the first-ever ‘Miss Q&A’ grand winner!
Juliana Parizcova Segovia succeeds Samar’s Matrica Mae Matmat Centino and Lars Pacheco of Bulacan, who made it to the second and third respectively in the competition. Also included in the Top 6 are Rianne Azares (Tarlac City), Marigona Dona Dragusha (Las Piñas) and Elsa Droga Mendoza (Manila).
The candidates were chosen after going through a question-and-answer round with the judges.
She won the title after talking about the importance of family, mentioning her love for her mother, in her response to the question in the final round.
The “Miss Q&A” finals was scheduled this Saturday, the culmination of this year’s Pride Month in the Philippines, and saw the finalists come out in rainbow colors to celebrate LGBT identity.
The winner will win P1 million cash, in addition to other prizes. It serves as the conclusion to a year-long segment, which became a fan favorite thanks to sharp-witted answers and hilarious contestants. (All photos taken from ABSCBNpr Twitter account)
