- Jameson Blake declined one project in the past after winning the “Best Supporting Actor” Award
- He said that the said project was a musical Indie film that eventually didn’t come out
- The young actor’s dream role is to portray a national hero or become a secret agent
Jameson Blake, during PEP.ph’s interview on his movie with Janella Salvador “So Connected”, admits that he turned down one project in the past.
Jameson is a growing promising actor with multiple projects in the queue for him. He was a former PBB Housemate and since then able to rise above his batchmates, took care of business, and set his family free from financial burden. He truly is the “Responsible Son ng Pampanga.”
He became a member of “It’s Showtime” all-male group “Hashtags.” He was also known for the movie “2 Cool 2 Be Forgotten” where he garnered the award for the Best Supporting Actor in that year’s Cinema One Originals Film Festival.
The young actor admits that when he got the award, he started to think that he could freely choose his roles. He said that it was a musical Indie film.
When asked if he’s still willing to accept the same daring role like what he did in “2 Good 2 Be Forgotten”, he answered, “Depende. First movie ko kasi yun and parang nabigla yung mga tao na, ‘grabe, may ganun agad? Ngayon, I don’t know if that’s gonna happen. I’ll think about it.”
Despite being recognized in romantic scenes, Jameson revealed that his dream role is to portray a national hero or become a secret agent.
Currently, he is working with Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto’s “Nostalgia” TV series on ABS-CBN. His role on this project is a loud, witty, and a smart businessman.
