According to Kantar Media, Kapamilya daytime shows performed way better than their Kapuso counterparts on June 6 and 7. It’s Showtime consistently ranked as the third-most-watched show for daytime on both days.
However, their rival and the longest noontime show Eat Bulaga dropped out of the Top 10 Daytime Shows.
Kapamilya daytime drama, Sana Dalawa Ang Puso earned 17%. Meanwhile Kapuso daytime drama, My Guitar Princess only fared 9.5% in ratings.
Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime also earned 16.9%. Meanwhile, Eat Bulaga only had 12.1%. Kapuso afternoon drama, Contessa also only had 12.6%.
Kapamilya drama revenge series Asintado had 17.6% while Kapuso’s The Stepdaughter earned 13%.
Kapamilya drama Precious Hearts Romances Presents Araw Gabi also earned 16.2%. Meanwhile, Kapuso drama Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka only had 12.9%.
ABS-CBN remains as the country’s top television network. AGB Nielsen NUTAM has yet to release their own ratings regarding daytime shows.
