In a recent episode of Bagani, Zaijan Jaranilla’s character Liksi trained with Enrique Gil’s Lakas. Although wounded, Liksi drew energy and strength from his family.
Liksi, then, transformed into his best self as a real Bagani, replacing Sofia Andres’ Mayari. Liksi also holds Mayari’s clam shell shield, proving him as her replacement.
After Mayari’s death, Liksi joined Makisig Morales’ Dumakulem and Dimples Romana’s Gloria on their mission to reunite the separated group to save Sansinukob.
Prior to his transformation, Liksi also had a dream where he became Mayari. He was also holding Mayari’s iconic shield.
However, after his transformation, the shield also changed into a more developed emblem.
Bagani also stars Enrique Gil, Liza Soberano, Makisig Morales, Matteo Guidicelli and Dimples Romana among others.
Promotional materials of Bagani may have just confirmed Sofia will not return in the said fantasy series. Mayari died after Ryan Eigenmann’s Sarimaw struck her with lightning.
On the other hand, Liza seemed to have reached the same fate but her character, Ganda, is still in promo materials.
