Vice Ganda recently admitted that he has depression. This also caused his busy schedule and hectic environment to take a toll on his physical and mental health. He experienced burn-out due to extreme exhaustion. However, things may be in place as Vice went back to It’s Showtime with a huge smile on his face and a refreshed spirit on May 21, Monday.
According to Vice, his short vacation helped a lot in helping to see the good in life. He also shared his purpose in life. He could help depressed people on seeing the good in their lives.
“My purpose is to make people laugh. Ang mga matatanda, makakalimutan nilang may sakit sila. Para ‘yung mga nanay at tatay na gusto nating makasama ay humaba pa ang buhay. Para ‘yung mga millennials na nadi-depress at naisip nilang magpakamatay ay ma-realize nilang masaya pa pala ang buhay.”
Vice also confessed that since he found his purpose, he vows not to quit. He will continue making people happy. He also detailed that serving people means his serving his God. Vice declares his love for his life.
“I found my purpose and now I vow that I will not quit. I will continue to make everyone happy. Because for as long as you are happy, I am happy. I am serving you and I’m serving God. I love my life. Ang saya ko ngayon kaya gusto kong pumasok agad kasi gusto kong i-share ang saya ng puso ko.”
