Solenn Heusaff was mesmerized by how talented as an actress Judy Ann Santos is.
Solenn and Juday worked on a project together in 2014 on the movie “T’yanak” – a remake of the 1998 “T’yanak” movie starring Janice de Belen and Lotlot de Leon.
Solenn’s first impression with Judy Ann is, “Ang galing niya.”
She recalls one moment where Judy Ann totally proves she’s a great actress. “Kaagad yung scene, pag cut, nagkukwento siya sa food. Tapos pag action ulit, umiiyak siya nang madami. Parang, ‘Pano’ng… how do you do it? Di ko gets,” she said.
Other than Judy Ann, the French-Filipina actress also mentioned that she also admires Maricel Soriano. “Si Maricel Soriano ang galing, especially sa comedy. Ang galing niya.”
Maricel is her co-star in the recent box-office movie “My 2 Mommies.”
She is also fond of Paulo Ballesteros adlibs. However, Solenn is looking forward to work with Paulo Avelino again after their movie in 2013 “Status: It’s Complicated.”
When asked how she will rate herself as an actress. She laughed and replied, “I still have a lot to learn.”
She admitted that she can easily do a romantic-comedy, but a drama movie is a big challenge for her. But, she will do her best in every movie and will not waste the opportunity to learn.
“I’m always up for challenge as long as I work with actors I trust and a director with patience. Alam ko kakayanin ko kasi I don’t wanna disappoint anyone,” she concluded.
Other than working with her acting skills, Solenn is also doing her best to improve her Tagalog.
