- Riva Quenery and Barbie Imperial already had a media peace after their social media feud
- Riva is no longer part of GirlTrends, but now a successful YouTuber
- Her first concert “RIVLOG Live” will happen this May 27 at SkyDome SM North EDSA
The social media feud between the former Girltrend members Riva Quenery and Barbie Imperial is hard to forget.
Now, Riva Quenery reminisces those bad times and talks about how they fare well with each other today. “Sobrang okay na po namin, pinagtatawanan na lang namin ang mga pinaggagawa namin last year,” she said.
She stated that they already both closed the issue and it’s all written in history books now. She admitted that what they did, fighting in social media, was wrong.
Riva also expressed that she is proud of Barbie and her new project. Barbie Imperial and JM de Guzman’s “Araw Gabi” has been promising so far. Although the two actresses are both happy with each project, they are more than thankful that they’ve already made peace.
“Lahat naman siguro ng magkakaibigan, dumadaan sa hindi pagkakaunawaan, pero thankful po ako na naging maayos po kaming dalawa ni Barbie,” Riva said.
Unfortunately, Riva is no longer part of the all-female group, GirlTrends, since “It’s Showtime” management decided to decrease the members. She confessed that she was hurt by the management’s decision since she already considered the noontime show as her family and part of her daily routine.
However, she learned to be optimistic, “Inisip ko na lang na mas maraming plano sa ‘kin si God and that time po nag-uumpisa na ako sa digital channel ko which is masaya naman ako kung ano ang meron ako sa ngayon.”
Currently, Riva Quenery is busy with her YouTube channel and is now considered to be a social media influencer. She will also have her first concert titled “RIVLOG Live” this May 27 at SkyDome SM North EDSA.
