Regine Velasquez-Alcasid recently posted a photo of her and her fellow performers on GMA Network’s defunct noontime Sunday variety show SOP on Twitter. She used to host and perform on the show with her husband, Ogie Alcasid. Janno Gibbs and Jaya join them in performing and co-hosting the show.
Regine also wrote on the caption, “Looooook!!!!! I miss SOP “
Netizens and fans left comments on the said tweet. One fan also pointed out that their Sundays diminished in color after SOP ended.
“Our Sundays have never been the same again when GMA Sunday musical variety shows had ended their runs. Bring back the happiness. Muling kulayan ang Linggo namin!”
Another fan shared that they watch SOP to wait for Regine’s performance. They also wished to see Regine, Ogie, Janno and Jaya on one stage again.
“I always watch SOP and wait for your turn.. Hope to see you all again in one stage.”
One fan also looked back at the time they were still complete.
