Make-up artist Wenwen Zaspa recently went on one of his customers’ wedding. In the wedding reception, Jona Viray, Giselle Sanchez and Morisette Amon were the guest performers. The make-up artist had a Facebook Live as Jona and Giselle performed.
The singer-slash-performer addressed rumors regarding her mocking Sarah Geronimo’s break-down in her This 15 Me Las Vegas concert.
Morisette apologizes to Wenwen. In a Facebook post, Wenwen shared that Morisette has an attitude problem and continued to profess his love for Jona.
“Wala ko nag live ni Morisette Amon kay attitude problem! Feelingera!! Cheeee! Tubag Hyatt Laurel! I love Jona Viray!”
After a few while, Wenwen also posted that Morisette had personally apologized.
“In fairness nangayo ug sorry si Morisette Amon namo personally”
In a Twitter post from @fanati012, they wrote:
“Fb live na galing mismo sa make up artist na si Wen Wen Zaspa na sinasabihan na may “Attitude Problem” at “Monster” si Morissette Amon at pati na rin ng mga kapwa make up artists niya sa isang kasalan kung san inimbitahan si Morissette para kumanta sa kasal.”
Morisette on Sarah’s break-down. Morisette denied the rumors about her laughing about Sarah’s break-down with fellow singer-slash-performer Angeline Quinto. She found out about Sarah’s break-down with her family.
“Wala pong nangyaring gano’n talaga. Napanood ko ‘yung video ni ate Sarah na umiiyak, I was at home with my family.”
Morisette also shared her shock and dismay on the creation of such story.
“Nagulat ako. Bakit naman po kami dinadamay ni Angeline, na ginawan pa kami ng ganoong kuwento?”
Morisette lamented over the lack of evidence on the accusation. She expressed her disappointment on some people on social media who quickly believed the said rumor and made snap judgments. Although, she doesn’t feel bothered by it.
“Nagulat po ako na ang daming naniwala sa wala namang evidence. It’s sad that people can believe that fast. I’m just sad about that. I’m OK, I’m not bothered by it, because malinis naman ang konsensiya ko. I know I did nothing like that.”
Morisette also sympathized with Sarah. She had moments where she felt intense exhaustion but, she still has to do it for the audience and for the craft. Morisette also continued that she owes everything to her audience and to the people who had worked to make the show possible.
“Of course, I feel for her, because I am in that same nature of work. I also get tired, I also have moments like that, na feeling ko, pagod na pagod na ako, pero I still have to do it for my audience, for my craft. I owe it to them, to the people who work hard to make the show possible.”
Morisette stated that she will never laugh at Sarah as the Popstar Royalty will remain one of her idols in the industry.
“To say na I’m someone who would be laughing at someone as big as Sarah Geronimo, na sobrang ina-idol ko, grabe naman sila na binabaliktad nila ‘yun.”
