According to Jojo Gabinete’s PEP Alerts, Eric Quizon will make a movie which Maricel Soriano will top-bill. In an interview with Cabinet Files, Eric shared that he’s working with a fellow director and writer Joey Javier Reyes.
He also added that they’re just finishing the script for the project they have with Regal Entertainment, Inc. for the Diamond Star.
Mario Bautista, entertainment columnist and film critic, gave Eric an idea to let Maricel work with Maine Mendoza on a movie together. He also shared how they could match in comedy and drama.

Eric recently directed a new family comedy movie, My 2 Mommies. This got an A grading from the Cinema Evaluation Board. This also became Regal Film’s Mother’s Day presentation. My 2 Mommies stars Paolo Ballesteros and Solenn Heussaff.
This revealed the story of an accidental affair which leads to an extraordinary story with Solenn and Paolo playing mother to the same kid.
My 2 Mommies stars Maricel, Joem Bascon, Dianne Medina and Marcus Cabais among others. The movie is now showing nationwide.
