Kyline Alcantara recently denied allegations and rumors of rift or rivalry between her and Bianca Umali. She also added that they have an exact opposite relationship from what people see in their GMA Network’s Kambal Karibal characters.
She also commended Bianca for her professionalism when it comes to working and acting.
Working with Bianca.
In an interview with PEP.ph, Kyline expressed his happiness on working with Bianca. She shared that she and Bianca would talk before they hurt each other on scenes. She and Bianca have a wonderful friendship and a functioning working relationship.
“Masaya ako kasi si Bianca ay professional po talagang katrabaho. Lalo na kapag may mga sabunutan o physical scenes po, pinag-uusapan talaga naming kung paano gagawin yun. Di kasi kami gumagamit ng double, pero kung sobra ano na talaga yung scene, gumamit kami. Pero kung hindi, ayun, nakatayo lang dun yung double… Pero okey po kami.”
Handling bashers.
Kyline admitted that she receives hate comments. However, she doesn’t know whether they were Bianca’s fans or not. She also shared that they usually ask her why she took Miguel Tanfelix from Bianca. They would also call her names which she thinks was natural. Bianca apologized for the bashers which Kyline understands.
“Oo naman po. Katulad ng ba’t ko raw inaagaw si Diego… si Miguel. Ang landi-landi ko raw… Well, it’s natural. Natutuwa naman po ako kapag bina-bash nila ako, dahil ibig sabihin, nagagawa ko ang trabaho ko. Napagkuwentuhan nga namin yun ni Bianca, ‘tapos sabi niya, ‘Sorry, ha?’ Sabi ko, naiintindihan ko naman. Mabait po talaga si Bianca.”
Kyline also has a wide understanding of people hating on her. However, people should hate the character, not the actress itself. Although she was never affected by any of it.
“Kailangan po talaga. Pinagtatawanan ko na lang sila. Alam naman po ‘yan nina Mama. Pero kapag below the belt na, kapag tungkol sa family ko, sumasagot po ako in a professional way. Like, yung nambabara din, no, hindi ko po yun ginagawa. Pinapaliwanagan ko lang po sila.”
