“The Blood Sisters” star Enchong Dee plays the role of a polio-stricken man with an optimistic outlook in life this Saturday (May 5) in “MMK.”
Ever since he was diagnosed with polio, Ven remained positive and never let his condition stop him from living his life. He still chose to go to school just like his brothers. Because of his perseverance, he got a scholarship grant to finish his studies in high school.
His sunny disposition continued until one day, his mother died and he cannot do anything but to hold her close and helplessly scream for help.
How did he surpass this ordeal? What pushed him to continue his life and become an inspiration to fellow PWDs?
