Eleila Santos’ family finally filed complaints of cyber-libel and child abuse against Ellen Adarna. The sexy actress had accused the 17-year-old girl on taking a paparazzi video of her in a restaurant. Eleila’s mother, Myra Abo Santos, previously posted an open letter to Ellen.
Myra gave Ellen a deadline of five days to publicly apologize to her daughter. However, instead of actually apologizing to the teen, Ellen had posted a pedicure video. This led to the family filing the said complaint against Ellen.
In an interview with GMA News, the family’s legal counsel, lawyer Arnold Labay said they have filed complaints against the actress for supposed violations of Republic Act No. 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law and Republic Act No. 10175 or the Anti-Cybercrime Law. He also confirmed that Ellen never reached out to the family to apologize or settle the said matter.
Ellen seemed to remain unfazed as the family filed the said lawsuit as she had just posted a video of her giving boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz a haircut. She also wrote on the caption, “Today’s Agenda 💁🏻💇🏻♂️ #thingswedoathome”
In an earlier report, Ellen thought she was being shady and savage when she called out the 17-year-old minor. The said teen was allegedly taking paparazzi photos of her in Mendokoro Ramenba. Unfortunately for Ellen, Eleila also shared on Twitter how she didn’t notice or knew Ellen was there.
Eleila also didn’t even know who Ellen and what’s the running issue in her life is. She only wanted to take an Instagram Story of her food. Myra also wrote on the Facebook post how Eleila was actually mature enough to write to Ellen. However, they didn’t hear anything from the actress. Instead, Ellen posted a one-sided video, insinuating Eleila was lying.
