- Classic and Contemporary Animated Hits on Boomerang now available to more SKY subscribers
- Mandarin edutainment channel “Miao Mi” Channel now on SKY Select
The whole family can bond over classic and new cartoons as SKY makes Boomerang available to all One SKYplans and selected SKYcable plans beginning June 1. This allows more parents to share their favorite cartoons growing up with their children.
Boomerang is a 24-hour channel that airs cartoon classics like “Scooby Doo,” and “Tom and Jerry.” It also has new shows like “Bunnicula,” “Barbie Dreamtopia”, and “DC SuperHero Girls,” as well as modern favorites “The Powerpuff Girls,” “Strawberry Shortcake,” and “My Little Pony.”
Meanwhile, children’s channel Miao Mi is now on SKY Select, and is being offered on a month-long freeview. Miao Mi is also the name of an animated cat which serves as the mascot of the channel, and the main character of some shows.
It is a 24-hour edutainment channel that teaches kids, and even their parents, Mandarin.
The channel airs shows like “Write With Miao Mi,” “Miao Mi Classroom,” and “Gob and Friends,” which is about a group of animated animals that find themselves in funny situations.
Miao Mi is available on SKY Select for P20 and is part of the Kids Pack 1, Kids Pack 2, and Family Pack. It is on free view the whole month of June.
