PEP.ph published a report where Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos were seen together in Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City last April 28, Saturday. Khalil has an Instagram account where he shoots artistic photos. Gabbi became a frequent model for the said account. This led to rumors suggesting that Gabbi and Khalil had been dating.
The pair also went to Hong Kong together to shoot Gabbi’s music video for All I Need. In an interview during a bloggers conference, Khalil explained that they only went there for work.
“I shot a music video last Tuesday (October 24). It was my first directorial job. Pero I’ve been an assistant director before that. I’ve been a producer, I’ve been a director of photography and a camera operator.”
Khalil also disclosed the real score between him and Gabbi. They are close friends and have a lot of common friends.
“Yeah we’re close friends lang. We’re very good friends. Marami kaming common friends kasi. Julia Barretto, Kathryn Bernardo, and yung mga influencer friends namin na bloggers.”
Khalil collaborated with Gabbi as they move in the same circle. He also remarked that Gabbi contacted him and asked whether he would want to work together. He agreed and thought of the story and location with her and the team of his own production company, Limitless.
“Same circle kasi kami and I guess nakita lang niya ang team namin because she knows that I do production work. She contacted me na ‘Oh baka you want to work together because I’m launching my new single. I’m launching my music career.’ Sabi ko, ‘Oh sige game! Isipan natin ng storya, ng kwento.’ Yeah pati yung takbo nung buong music video, the location and the story, ako rin, ang team namin na Limitless ang nag-conceptualize.”
