During the 49th Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Box Office Entertainment Awards, Alden Richards encountered Kapamilya stars that he rarely meets with. In the awards ceremony, Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez sat next to him.
Meanwhile, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil sat on his other side.
Liza and Enrique received their awards on being the Box Office King and Queen for My Ex and Whys. Afterwards, they greeted everyone on the front row which includes Alden.
Congratulating them on their new achievement, Alden greeted Liza with a beso and shook hands with Enrique.
Alden won the award of Male Recording Artist of the Year for Wish I May, Diamond Record. In his speech, Alden also shared that he still couldn’t believe that he could win such award.
He never imagined himself singing and even making an album.
Vice Ganda also became the recipient of Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema with Daniel Padilla and Pia Wurtzbach for Gandarrapido: The Revenger Squad. He walked towards the front row and approached Alden.
They proceeded to hug each other which caused a hefty amount of cheers and yells from the audience. Vice also posted a photo of him and Alden on his Instagram Story.
