After 14 years in GMA Network, Ryza Cenon transferred to ABS-CBN Corporation. In earlier reports, rumors started to spread about Ryza’s network transfer. Ryza also became a Kapamilya as of April 12, Thursday. She used to star in 2018 movie Mr. and Mrs. Cruz with JC Santos.
ABS-CBN publicist Eric John Salut posted a series of photos of Ryza during her contract signing with the network executives. ABS-CBN executives Carlo Katigbak, Cory Vidanes, Lauren Dyogi and Cat Lopez were at the said contract signing.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Ryza revealed that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano will be her first project in the network. She will also appear in a series of out of town and TFC shows.
Ryza recently starred in GMA Network’s Ika-6 Na Utos where she played the evil mistress, Georgia. For twelve years, GMA Artist Center managed Ryza’s career. However, Ryza left and transferred to Viva Artists Agency on June 15, 2017.
In an earlier interview with PEP.ph in January 2018, Ryza revealed that she received an offer from the Kapamilya Network. However, she prioritized her work in GMA. Ryza also became the Ultimate Female Survivor when she joined the Kapuso talent search StarStruck in 2004.
