GMA News recently reported that Fliptop artist Predo Canon Jr. also known as Zaito had been arrested due to possession of drugs namely, shabu. The rapper was arrested in Kawit, Cavite on April 10, Tuesday.
The arrest was first reported in Unang Balita on April 11, Wednesday. Police operatives searched his house and found three sachets of suspected shabu.
Zaito has appeared on several Fliptop or rap battle videos which have gone viral. Ironically, Zaito also became the voice talent behind “Oplan Tokhang” campaign jingle of the police and coordinated with the policemen in Cavite in order to fight the drug menace in the city in February 2018.
Zaito is a member of Fliptop Battle League. He also starred as Dave, one of Lola Flora’s unruly but nice neighbors in Ang Probinsyano. Zaito has also yet to comment on his arrest.
