- GMA Network’s “Kambal, Karibal” series is extended until May 2018
- Jake Vargas will be a part of the set before the series ends
- The extension of “Kambal, Karibal” means the delay for its possible replacement “The Cure”
GMA Network’s “Kambal, Karibal” series has gained enough popularity and great ratings that the network decided to extend the series until May 2018.
As the top-rating series is about to conclude, Jake Vargas decides to join the series. There is no news on what kind of role the young actor will be playing.
We only know that fans of the Jake and the series are excited to see him.
The extension of “Kambal, Karibal” is probably not only based on its ratings. The upcoming series of Jennlyn Mercado and Tom Rodriguez, “The Cure,” is expected to replace the series this 2018.
Jennylyn and Tom already revealed that their series is expected to air on primetime this April. However, it looks this is not happening just yet. It could be that “The Cure” is not yet ready for launching, thus the extension “Kambal, Karibal.”
Meanwhile, “The Cure” series has raised debate among viewers if Filipinos are ready for this type of genre. It will be a new flavor in Philippine television and TV series enthusiasts are excited about how this series will turn out. The series is now expected in primetime this coming May or June 2018.
