After her scathing Instagram post against Korina Sanchez, Malacanang Spokesperson Harry Roque welcomed Kris Aquino to their fold.
Roque has only good word for Kris after she praised President Duterte in her social media account.
“Welcome on board Kris Aquino,” said Roque.
Although Kris endorsed Duterte’s rival Mar Roxas in the 2016 election, her rant on Instagram versus Roxas’ wife Korina Sanchez was taken by Malacanang as a subtle endorsement especially that she posted her picture together with the President.
“Ang nabasa ko sa statement niya…walang masamang ipinakita si Presidente Duterte sa kanya at sa kanyang pamilya noong nangangampanya siya para sa kanyang kapatid sa Davao” Roque added.
Kris had a meltdown Sunday night after Korina Sanchez’ Rated K featured her ex-husband James Yap and his new son.
In her post, Kris lashed out at Korina reminding her the help she did to Mar during the campaign.
“Sampal sa mukha ko ang inilabas na feature ngayong gabi nung misis ni Mar Roxas. Yes pinepersonal ko dahil binuwis ko ang kinabukasan namin ng mga anak ko ng walang inasahang kapalit.”
In the same post, Kris also praised how then-Mayor Duterte treated them in Davao during their campaign sorties in 2010 and 2013.
“Tatlong beses akong nagpunta sa Davao– sa kampanya nung 2010, kampanya 2013 para kay Sen Chiz & Sen Grace at nung nag Kris TV. Si PRRD lahat nung pagkakataon na nagkaharap kami, mabuti ang pinakita sa kin,” Kris wrote.
Kris also dropped a bomb in the end by saying it is very clear why Duterte won the election matched with trademark Duterte fist.
“I apologize sa Kuya ko, humihingi rin ako ng paumanhin sa ninang ko na nanay ni Mar- pero klarong klaro sa kin kung bakit ang nanalong Pangulo ay si DUTERTE. 👊”
