Anne Curtis-Smith recently went to the launch of a new game app of ABS-CBN Corporation and Xeleb Technologies. In the said launch, Anne revealed that she remains open to playing an antagonist role in the upcoming Darna remake. She is open to portray Valentina, a snake-haired woman.
When asked whether she would want to play Valentina, Anne immediately agreed. She also added that Valentina remains an iconic villain.
“Of course, siyempre naman. Iconic ‘yon.”
Anne is definitely interested in playing a villain.
“More than anything, I’d be interested siguro in playing a villainess… I have wanted kasi playing mga kontrabida dito. So, I’d totally be open to do it.”
Anne continued that she will also be open to portray The Planet Women. She also added that Darna has numerous nemesis that she could possibly portray.
“‘Yung mga girls na galing sa ibang planeta… Maraming kontrabida na pwedeng gawin and I’d love to portray one of them.”
Dingdong Dantes and Anne starred in Sid and Aya (Not A Love Story). The said movie is under the direction of Direk Irene Villamor.
