The 22-year-old actor hopes to have more project with Kisses.
During the press launch of Star Magic Circle 2018, Kapamilya newbie actor Tony Labrusca was asked about the possible love team with Kisses Delavin. The 22-year-old actor has nothing but kind words to the former PBB housemate.
“Actually, alam ninyo, sobrang bait ni Kisses as a person, grabe yung values niya. Kinukuwento niya sa akin, sobrang pagod na siya, [but] she has to remain happy for her fans.Nagagawa niya talaga,” he said.
“I mean, I was watching her during her final dress rehearsal for her concert, sobrang bilib ako sa kanya. At 18 years old, she’s working so hard for herself, for her family, for her career,” he added.
Tony was one of the guest stars during the first-ever concert of Kisses in KIA Theater.
Tony admitted that he wants to have more projects with Kisses in the future.
“If I was to be paired up with Kisses… nakatrabaho ko na si Kisses, sobrang saya, e. Sobrang saya pag magkasama kami. I can only hope that we have more projects together.”
Tony reacted on the possible love triangle involving him, Kisses and Donny Pangilinan.
“Actually, wala pang official statement kung ano talaga ang gustong gawin ng management. Pero if ever we’re reaching a point in time here in Philippine showbiz that there won’t be official love teams, I believe that’s a start of really something amazing,” he explained.
“Dun din matututo ang mga fans na di mo kailangang i-bash ang mga third wheel, di mo kailangang i-bash ang artista kung i-partner sa ibang artista din. I feel it will be a great thing if me and Donny will both get to work with Kisses.”
With this, Kisses received negative comments from other fans over the love team issue.
“I feel like, guys, it’s not Kisses’s fault. It’s really the management who decides this kind of thing. At the end of the day, she’s only doing her job, and she’s a lovely girl, so I hope you guys don’t get too hard on her,” Tony defended Kisses.
