TFCU Talks is coming to New York City on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the Philippine Consulate General on 556 5th Avenue. The event starts at 1:30 P.M. but doors open at 1:00 o’clock.
An affiliate of ABS-CBN International, TFCU Talks New York City will feature a lineup of top industry leaders to connect, inspire, and empower college students and young professionals to help them realize their full potential.

JHETT TOLENTINO (Grammy & Tony Award-winning producer)
Jhett Tolentino is a Filipino theatre producer based in New York City, who is also known for being the second Philippine-born to win a Tony Award. He has won three Tony Awards since his Broadway debut in March 2013 and has received his first Grammy Award in February 2017. He owns Jhett Tolentino Productions, LLC. (Via Wikipedia)
RICH TU (VP of Design, MTV)
Rich Tu is an award-winning artist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. He is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts’ prestigious Illustration as Visual Essay program and received the elusive “Young Guns” award from the Art Directors Club. He has exhibited at galleries and festivals in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, as well as the SCOPE Miami festival, during Miami’s Art Basel week. Commercially, his clients include The New York Times, The New Yorker, Business Week, Alfa Romeo, Bombay Sapphire, G-Shock, Nike, Converse, American Express, NPR, NorthFace Purple Label, Coca-Cola, Verizon, Skype, Fuse TV, and Hamilton The Musical, among others. Rich is currently a VP of Design at MTV.
SARAH MEIER (Co-Founder, She Talks Asia)
As a magazine editor, empowerment media advocate, writer, entrepreneur, and television host — Sarah Meier’s experience in the industries of media, youth culture, and fashion spans twenty years. Currently Editor-at-Large for Metro Magazine and Metro.Style, a Lifestyle Columnist for the Manila Bulletin, and co-founder of leadership and empowerment platform She Talks Asia, Sarah has also formerly been the face of MTV Asia, a published author, radio host, and creative agency founder. Having called Manila home from the age of eleven, Sarah recently relocated to the U.S. and shuttles between New York City and San Francisco where she covers lifestyle, culture, and social issues.
NORMAN DALAGER (Executive Director, Product Development – Bloomberg)
Norman has spent the past 15 years blending media and technology at companies like The Boston Globe, The New York Times and currently Bloomberg.com as Director of Product Development. Though a San Diego native, he has lived in New York City since 2010 where he proudly calls Brooklyn his home. He’s also created a notable following as a chef – boasting his love for Filipino food in YouTube videos, at fundraisers and private events. Norman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Truman State University.
