Sam Milby has been single for five months. He already stopped looking for a girlfriend but started to look for a wife. He acknowledged that he didn’t want to loom something who would waste his time.
Sam currently stars in a romantic-comedy film, Ang Pambansang Third Wheel, with Yassi Pressman.
Sam added that he will marry the next woman he falls in love with.
“Yes, I’m not looking for a girlfriend, I’m looking for a wife. I’m turning 34 and I’m not looking for something to waste ng time. Kung sino man ang next, siya na ang the one.”
Sam also explained what happened between him and his last model-girlfriend, Mari Jasmin.
“There was no third party in that sense. Parang ako yung lagi nasa stage na naghahanap instead of working on myself muna, become full in that sense.”
Although they don’t talk anymore, Sam and Mari did remain friends.
“They always say you can’t really move on unless you’re with somebody else. Can I say I have truly moved on? Yes and no. I’ve accepted I’m okay. I think it would be a struggle if I saw her.”
The entertainment press also linked Sam and Yassi together. However, Sam remains more than happy in his friendship with Yassi.
“Wag nyo ako pangunahan ‘di ba? Kahit ako hindi pa ako ready working on a breakup. Happy ako sa friendship namin ni Yassi.”
