- This year’s Resonance theme will be “Reverberating the Millennial Workforce in the Corporate Space”
The force is ready!
Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Business Administration kicks off Resonance 2018 on March 12, 2018 spearheaded by the students of the Department of Human Resource Development Management section 4-5N. With the tagline “Reverberating the Millennial Workforce in the Corporate Space”, Resonance 2018 will have a cosmic twist with a Star Wars theme.
This seminar will guide us through corporate space to further examine the different emerging workplace practices and trends in the Age of Millennials. Expect that the event will gear the Millennial troopers with preview and practical knowledge on current workplace issues concerning digital age and cultural diversity to better prepare the future young workforce in the corporate space.
There are three speakers that will help in equipping the objectives of this seminar to the participating attendees. Rovin Jhon Cincollagas, a workforce management specialist of Meralco, will impart his corporate-gained knowledge as keynote speaker while Mr. Bren Evangelista, director of USANA, will empower millennial workforce as a motivational speaker. Lastly, Myron Sta. Ana also known as Chief Entertainment Officer will be the resource speaker.
Resonance 2018 will be an open event for all HRDM students and related management courses. Pre-registration is currently conducted to identify the final headcount of the expected participants.
