In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach revealed she got an offer to join the US version of the reality show “Big Brother.”
However, he further revealed that she had to decline the offer to focus on her upcoming rom-com film with Gerald Anderson, “My Perfect You.”
“I was offered to do ‘Big Brother’ also but it was around the time that we were doing ‘My Perfect You’ so this was my priority,” she said.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 1st runner-up Ariadna Gutierrez was announced last January about her stint on the popular American reality show.
During the interview, Pia clarified that she is not closing her doors in pursuing her Hollywood dreams.
“I’ll focus on this (acting career in the Philippines) first. I still feel like there are a few more things that I’d like to try here but hindi ko pa rin naman nakakalimutan that other big dream that I have,” she said.
Currently, Pia has a management contract with IMG. She recently said in one of her interviews that she will consider every project that IMG will offer her.
“Siyempre I will consult with them. Kung ano sa tingin nila ang bagay sa akin, I will consider that. Masaya naman ako that they considered me under their wing and that they think I was a great ambassador for Miss Universe and that they want to continue working with me. Ibig sabihin, good job ako doon,” she said.
