During the My Perfect You blog conference, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzabach admitted that she received an offer to join the US version of the reality show, Big Brother.
However, she declined the said offer due to prior work commitments. Although, she also acknowledged her big dream on pursuing an international career.
My Perfect You stars Gerald Anderson which will be in theaters nationwide on March 14, Wednesday.
In the said conference, Pia shared the reason why she declined the offer for the US reality show.
“I was offered to do ‘Big Brother’ also but it was around the time that we were doing ‘My Perfect You’ so this was my priority.”
However, Pia continued that she hasn’t forgotten about her dream on pursuing an international career. She also added that she would want to focus on her acting career in the Philippines and feels like there are things that she hasn’t experienced yet.
“I’ll focus on this first. I still feel like there are a few more things that I’d like to try here but hindi ko pa rin naman nakakalimutan that other big dream that I have.”
Pia is currently signed under the management contract of IMG. In an earlier report from ABS-CBN News, Pia responded that she will consider any project from IMG.
“Siyempre I will consult with them. Kung ano sa tingin nila ang bagay sa akin, I will consider that. Masaya naman ako that they considered me under their wing and that they think I was a great ambassador for Miss Universe and that they want to continue working with me. Ibig sabihin, good job ako doon.”
