Maxine Medina’s character, Atty. Georgette Sandiego, recently died in an episode of Hanggang Saan. In the said episode, she was in a car with Rommel Padilla’s character, Jojo Lagrimas.
In an unfortunate event, two men on a motorcycle started following the car. They couldn’t get back to the office because it would go against the command of Maila Gumila’s character, Atty. Lorna Vega.
Arjo Atayde’s character, Atty. Paco Alipio had already started to feel agitated about the situation. Jojo took the backseat to shoot at the men following them while Georgette drives the car. Unfortunately, one gunman went ahead of them and shot her on the chest.
