Former Kapuso actor Mark Anthony is set to make his television comeback in ABS-CBN. The 39-year old actor will join the all-star cast of the hit teleserye of Coco Martin, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”
Dreamscape Entertainment Publicity Head Eric John Salut announced the good news on his Twitter account.
“Mark Anthony Fernandez, pasok sa Ang Probinsyano #FPJAPCardoVsMateo,” he wrote.
Prior to this, it was recently announced that the series will feature additional characters like Dawn Zulueta, Rowell Santiago, Edu Manzano and Alice Dixon.
Mark joining the consistent top-rating teleserye will serve as his major television comeback after being arrested last October 2017. After going out from jail last December, Mark signed a management contract with Viva Artist Agency.
The former matinee idol has been working in Kapuso Network for almost 12 years. Meanwhile, his last show in GMA Network was the short-lived series “Wish I May.”
Before being a Kapuso, Mark already worked in ABS-CBN in 2006 superhero movie “Super Inggo.” he portrayed the father of the Kathryn Bernardo’s character.
