Karencitta recently made noise around the world over the past months. Apart from having a hit song Cebuana, she also signed under a contract under Universal Music Group’s Capitol Records. She also had a deal with one of the world’s leading soda brands.
She then revealed that she received an offer for a major movie role.
In an Instagram Story, Karencitta explained that she had a movie offer for a major role for a Marvel film.
However, she turned down the offer to play the said role. If she did accept the said offer, she would have been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In the said Instagram Story, Karencitta wrote why she had to refuse the said offer.
“On January 2017, I was offered to take on a Marvel Comics Movie major role. I humbly regret turning it down due to conflict-in-sched.”
Karencitta added that she puts her trust in God’s hands. She also added that He helms her life.
“I will put my heart into God’s hands for He is the screenwriter & director of my life. Kung ano pong dahilan bakit nangyari yun, I trust in you, O Lord.”
