Joshua Garcia didn’t know about the issue that John Estrada and Mylene Dizon had a spat.
In an earlier report, a columnist suggested that John had spoken and touched Mylene inappropriately causing her to retaliate with a slap.
Joshua also plays the role of Mylene’s son and John’s nephew in ABS-CBN’s primetime series, The Good Son.
In the recent media conference for The Good Son, Joshua admitted that he didn’t have any idea of the said controversy.
“May ganong isyu ngayon? Wala. Labas ako diyan. Sorry po… Hindi ko alam na may ganyang nangyari, actually. Walang nagsasabi sa amin. Wala akong masasabi diyan.”
According to the same columnist, the tiff between Mylene and John also became the reason for the demise of the latter’s character. Joshua revealed that all of the cast knew of the said character’s death.
“Hindi, alam na namin na mangyayari yun. Pero siyempre, nakakalungkot na hindi mo makakasama sa taping. Pero alam na namin, simula pa lang, na mamamatay si Kuya John.”
Joshua also added that the characters’ death has always been determined from the start. He revealed that there will be death in the upcoming episodes.
“Hindi, hindi. Abangan niyo kasi may mamamatay pa. Yung teaser na lumalabas ngayon? May mamamatay dun. Talagang marami pang mamamatay bago yung finale.”
