Rumors suggest that Ryza Cenon had recently transferred from GMA Network to ABS-CBN Corporation. This rumor also went against on her statement that she will remain a Kapuso.
In an earlier report, she revealed that she had different offers from various network.
While in the press conference for Mr. and Mrs. Cruz with JC Santos, Ryza received a question whether or not she will transfer networks.
In the said conference, Ryza also admitted that she actually does receive offers from other networks. However, she will also remain a Kapuso.
“Totoo po na may offers ang ibang network, pero Kapuso pa rin po ako.”
Many fans noted that Ryza didn’t appear in GMA Network’s newest station ID. This sparked the rumor of network transfer.
This also sparked another rumor that after Ika-6 Na Utos‘ finale may be because the Kapuso network didn’t want to give her a follow-up television series.
Ryza’s character as Georgia in Ika-6 Na Utos faced a grim end in the finale episode which aired in March 17, Saturday. Ika-6 Na Utos also stars Sunshine Dizon who plays Emma and Gabby Concepcion who portrays Rome. Emma and Georgia had an altercation in a car. Georgia then pushed Emma out of the car.
However, the car crashed into a truck which contains LPG tanks. Another truck which contains metal rods crashed next to Georgia’s car. One of the metal rods fell and pierced Georgia on her chest which prevented her on leaving the car. Emma tried to help her but the LPG tanks then exploded.
Rome finally arrives in the scene and professed his love to Emma. They got married again and lived happily ever after.
