In an earlier report, rumors started to circulate that Alden Richards will star in an epicserye, Mitho. The said series will go head-to-head against ABS-CBN’s epicserye, Bagani.
The said rumors also suggest that Inah de Belen will pair with Alden in the said series with John Estrada.
In a recent Instagram Story, Inah posted a screenshot of a Facebook article and clarified:
“Not true guys, hope that settles everything.”
However, the rumor about Alden starring in an upcoming fantasy series still stands. The said rumors suggest that the production behind the upcoming GMA Network epicserye, Mitho, advised Alden to start working out.
Mitho was a shelved project which may push through in 2018. It will also be an adventure story about mythical gods and goddesses.
Although, this has never been confirmed nor denied. Dominic Zapata will handle the direction which remains as one of the details that the rumor suggests. However, aside from Mitho, many rumors also circulated that Alden will top-bill the Philippine adaptation of Korean drama, Descendants of the Sun.
