Richard Gutierrez and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach recently hosted the Binibining Pilipinas 2018 on March 18, Sunday.
However, netizens reacted on Richard’s way of hosting. He had seemed to shout on the microphone while hosting the said beauty pageant. Miss World 1993 Ruffa Gutierrez, then, reacted and revealed why Richard had done so.
When the telecast had just started, netizens started to question why Richard loudly spoke on his microphone. Netizens reacted on the said incident on Twitter. One netizen also noted that both hosts looked like they would rather be somewhere else than in Smart Araneta Coliseum and seemed to look jittery.

Another netizen also noted that Richard may be the next super-heroine Darna with all the shouting he had done.

Another netizen also sustained that Richard may have thought that he is announcing for a Bingo game. However, they added that they still love the host-actor.

Miss World 1993 and Richard’s sister, Ruffa, revealed why he was speaking loudly. She also wrote in a tweet that Richard and Pia couldn’t hear themselves speak.
