- Angel Locsin and Robin Padilla argued over sexy group’s audition performance.
- Playgirls slammed Angel Locsin over audition comments.
After failing to advance to the next round PGT auditionee Playgirls took to social media platform Facebook to slam Pilipinas Got Talent judge Angel Locsin.
In a Facebook post, Playgirls members Yuna Love Lee and Camsi Sierra blasts Angel Locsin seemingly ironic decision on their audition hitting Locsin’s past sexy image.
Yuna Love Lee recounted how Angel wore sexy outfit also during her Darna days and jokingly said they should have worn a long dress instead.
“Makapagsalita akala mo naman di sha nagsuot ng sexy…nung nag darna nga sha naka brat panty lang din sha. buti nga my suot pa kaming damit eh.hahahaha yoko na ! sana pala nagbestida na lang kame.” she wrote.
Another member Camsi Sierra echoed the same sentiment saying Angel should be grateful that they wore panty and bra instead of nothing. She also hits Angels crying.
During Playgirls live audition in PGT, Angel Locsin didn’t like the way they execute their talent causing her to immediately press the red buzzer within seconds.
Locsin explained that she doesn’t want people to objectify the girls with how their present themselves, saying talent is more important than showing their body.
Angel said.
That comment caused a slightly heated argument with fellow judge Robin Padilla. Binoe who said yes to the auditionee asked the girls if they really liked what they did and no one forced them to do such thing taking a spat in Angel’s earlier comment.
“Ginagawa niyo ba yan dahil gusto niyo? O labag sa kalooban niyo? Isa-isa ha kasi mahalaga ’to.
But that statement from Robin was immediately debunked by Loscin saying no one especially her thought that the girls were forced to do do.
Binoe then explained that he was not against Angel’s opinion and encouraged the girls to see her point.
“’Yung sinasabi nila, magandang point ’yun, si Angel lalo. Intindihin niyo si Angel kasi advocacy niya ’yan, women’s rights. Kaya niya sinasabi yan para proteksiyonan kayo. Sana maintindihan niyo yan. Walang against sa inyo. Lahat ng sinabi dito pabor sa inyo,” Robin said.
Locsin, on the other hand, clarified that her remark was not only about the girls’ wardrobe but she wanted to raise awareness on women’s rights.
Robin then apologized to Locsin saying he agrees with her and that he believed in her advocacy.
Naniniwala kami ’tol sa sinabi mo,” he said. “Maganda ’yung point mo doon, hanga ako sa ginawa mo.” said Binoe.
Meanwhile, after being attacked by the netizens who support Angel’s stand, Playgirls member Yuna Love Lee deleted her post and instead posted a new one.
