ABS-CBN has successfully avenged its pre-primetime slot with “Wildflower” winning over its rival.
On its finale episode, the Maja Salvador teleserye bested its rival Kapuso game show “Wowowin”.
“Wildflower” on Friday, February 9 aired its final episode which is exactly 1 year from its pilot airing.
The teleserye scored 7.5% ratings, 1.3% higher than Willie Revillame’s “Wowowin” which got a rating of 6.2%.
AGB Nielsen hasn’t released yet the full week numbers for February 5 – 9, 2018.
Meanwhile, Kantar Media on its February 9 data also reported a win for “Wildflower”.
The Kapamilya revenge serye scored 24.3% beating “Wowowin’s” 14.1%.
“Wildflower’s” ending saw a renewal of heart for Lily Cruz.
From a heart full of anger and hate, Lily Cruz was able to realize that seeking justice through the laws of the land and in God is the better way that taking revenge into her hands.
