- Teddy asked fans not to rush the production.
Maine Mendoza has not surfaced in any film theaters in a while. Some may not notice this, Teddy Locsin Jr. sure did. In a Twitter post, he wrote that he started getting impatient for Maine’s next projects.
When a netizen replied to Teddy’s post about pushing the project through, he added that they shouldn’t rush Maine into a “half-baked movie.”
The said Twitter banter also started in the tweet below:
“I am getting impatient for the next Maine attraction in cinemas.”
A netizen, then, told Teddy that the AlDub Nation will be willing to help finance the said projects.
“sir ADN is willing even help finance ALDUB PROJS if necssry ADN is d largst fandm & is made up mostly of influential seniors WW Pls help us get an ALDUB project thru. #ALDUBFeelTheLove”
However, Teddy disagreed and asked the netizen to let the crew at their own pace.
“Don’t rush the producers. I know them. A more talented crew I have yet to meet. Leave them at their own pace. She is too important to be rushed into a half-baked movie.”
APT head Antonio Tuviera confirmed that they will create at least five movies in 2018.
One of those five movies will also be Maine’s movie with Alden Richards. They top-billed their last film together, Imagine You and Me, with Jasmine Curtis-Smith. Maine and Alden play a young woman working as a caregiver meets a depressed man who is trying to get over his breakup.
