- Suzette Doctolero expresses her annoyance on Pia Ranada’s video demanding a PSG Corporal to let her in Malacañang Palace.
- Although Suzette doesn’t agree on Rappler’s deceptive articles, she believes that they shouldn’t be banned.
Suzette Doctolero recently slammed Pia Ranada on her deceptive articles.
A video of Pia circulated the internet intimidating a Corporal of the Presidential Security Group (PSG), demanding him why she couldn’t enter the Palace.
In a similar instance, Pia had also tried to intimidate Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque. Although she wasn’t a security threat, he stated:
“You make conclusions without facts, you editorialize stories. You should stick to facts.”
In one of Suzette’s tweet, she slammed Pia on demanding to enter the premises. She also expressed her annoyance on present cameras leading to Pia’s acting. Suzette also wrote:
“Ang brat ni Pia (Rappler reporter) doon sa video na ini intimidate niya yung PSG officer. May video kasi kaya may kasamang acting. Tse!”
In another tweet, she acknowledged that Rappler may be a purveyor of fake news. However, she added that the Philippines still remains a democratic country and the officials shouldn’t ban them from entering the Palace.
“Basura ang Rappler and yes purveyor din ng fake news pero demokrasya tayo kaya may karapatan pa rin silang magreport at magsulat kaya di ako pabor na iban sila sa Malacanang (kahit na nakakainis na ang irresponsible at biased journalism nila).”
