The award-winning actress shared series of photos during her journey to her better self. “I want you to look at these photos. Because I want you all to remember that no matter how impossible something seems to be, you only need to believe that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us…,” she started her long post.
“This photo was taken on January 4, 2016, the day my Father-In-Law passed away. The next photo was also taken in January 2016 during his wake. I didn’t celebrate my 50th birthday because Daddy Dony died two days before. After the wake was over, I made a vow to myself: That I would not stop until I looked in the mirror and saw the “real me” again.
“Because these first two pictures never were. I never felt right and “I” inside was dying to come out again,” she added.
Sharon also shared recent photos to show the improvements on her body, “The next photos were all taken this year, yung close-up at the McDo shoot with Gabby on Feb. 1. The others earlier this Year also.”
According to her, she started changing her lifestyle and eating habits two years ago. “Two years after I started changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I was and still am doing it for ME. And I want to live a long, healthy life for and with my children and future grandchildren,” she continued.
Sharon also left a message to all the Sharonians who inspired her on her fitness journey.
“And for my fans – because I knew I kept failing whenever I tried to lose weight and get back to fighting form. Because you, my Sharonians, deserve the best version of me. Thank you mula sa puso ko, dahil hindi niyo ako iniwan nasa baba man ako ng maraming taon, pinipintasan, pinagtatawanan, tinuring nang “patay,” “laos,” “tapos” sa showbiz.
Ngayon, puede na… Puede n’yo na silang sabihan lahat ng “Eshush me? HU U?” Hahaha! Joke! Peace lang para happy si GOD! I love you all. God bless you! Thank you again for loving me,” she ended.
