In Sharon Cuneta’s recent Instagram post, a netizen declared that the Megastar remains her fitness inspiration. However, in the past, rumors circulated that Sharon had turned to drugs.
Although, she has since denied and slammed said rumors. In the said Instagram post, Sharon shared her secrets to the said netizen.
The netizen left a comment on one of Sharon’s Instagram posts published on February 24, Saturday. She wrote that she has no idea how the Megastar does it. She explained that she remains a single mom and works as a call center agent. The netizen added that she struggles to lose her weight and still struggling to love her new body.

Sharon gave her an advice and shared her story. She also added that the netizen should let herself to taste anything and that her body will get used to it. Sharon shared her story and how she lost her weight. Although she already lost many pounds, she will say to herself that she will still need to lose 20 pounds.
“sweetie, believe it or not, eat anything. BUT – AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART – just TASTE. In the beginning if you’re serious cut out all carbs – Rice break pasya potatoes pancit – just have regular ulam BUT konti lang. Crew slowly. In a few days – usually 4 – your tummy will get uSed to it. My diet was much more severe but I wanted to lose faster so I kept telling myself “Sharon 6 months lang out of your life and the rest of your years Will be happier than now.” It’s been two years and I still have 20 to lose. But i’be dropped around 75 (I keep saying I have 20 to lose. After I lose the 20 I Will probably still ne saying I have to lose 20″
Sharon continued sharing her secrets to losing weights. She also adviced that the netizen should never skip meals and starve herself and that the diet should be planned day by day. Although, she doesn’t forbid the netizen to binge, she advised her to immediately go back to dieting. Sharon also advised her not to crash diet and it would be better for said netizen to choose her foods wisely.
