In an interview with PUSH.com, sexy actress Nathalie Hart confessed that she was once mistaken as a gay man. The 25-year old actress laughed her awkward experience in the US while she had a drink with a guy.
“Nandun ako sa L.A. [Los Angeles], and then may lalaking lumapit sa akin. So, binibigyan niya ako ng drinks the whole night,” she began sharing.
“Tapos sabi niya, ‘You know what, you look so great. Like, where did you have your surgery?’ Akala nung lalaki, bakla ako!” Nathalie shared with a laugh.
Instead of leading the situation into an argument, Nathalie just let the incident slide.
“So, I was really stressed. Nagalit ako. Sabi ko, ‘Ano ka ba? Babae nga ako!’” she continued her story.
“Nung gabi na yun, sabi ko, ‘Bahala ka sa buhay mo, kung tingin mo bakla ako o hindi,’” she said.
Nathalie believes that her two gay brothers influenced her mannerisms that triggered the man’s reaction.
“Because the whole night, bakla kasi ang pagkausap ko sa kanya. And sabi niya, ‘You look great. You know, I don’t mind. I would accept you,'” the Filipino-Australian actress shared.
