Mocha Uson calls out Bam Aquino on his allegation of curtailing the press freedom

  • Mocha Uson likened Former Pres. Cory Aquino to a dictator during her time as a president.
  • Mocha Uson called out Sen. Bam Aquino on the issue of curtailing press freedom.

PCOO Assistant Secretary chided Senator Bam Aquino once more, and this time with the issue of Duterte’s dictatorial tendencies.

On her Facebook page, Uson called out Sen. Bam for his statement regarding Duterte’s curtailing and threatening press freedom after barring Rappler reporter Pia Ranada from entering Malacanang.

Mocha is reacting to Sen. Aquino’s post on his official Facebook page regarding Pia Ranada’s case.

In the Facebook post, Mocha likened the late former President Cory Aquino to a dictator more than the current president Duterte.

Mocha wrote.

The statement from Mocha first came out in an interview with DZRH’s Cesar Chavez.

During the radio interview, Mocha was asked is she think President Duterte is a dictator as claimed by his critics.

A known die-hard Duterte supporter, Uson quickly debunked Duterte’s dictatorial tendencies saying Cory is more dictator than him because she sued a journalist for libel.

“Diktador?

She also brushed off the connection of Pia Ranada’s ban in Malacanang to Duterte’s dictatorship saying, Pia and Rappler’s case is not about press freedom but their constitutional violation on foreign ownership.
