- Anne Curtis reveals her relationship with Chubi del Rosario in her teens.

Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda had just started their interview with Tawag ng Tanghalan contestant, Bon Miguel Baquiran. She added that Bon Miguel is just sixteen but already started courting somebody. She also continued that a guy used to court her for six months at sixteen years old. She explained she had a relationship with Chubi del Rosario at fourteen years old.
Anne started to interrogate Bon Miguel how long has he been courting the girl. He admitted that he started courting her for almost a year. Anne also remarked how she feels good that guys still court girls for a long time.
“Grabe, noh? At least, meron pa ring ganyan. Diba ‘yan yung uso dati? Nanliligaw ka ng napakahaba.”
Vice, then, asked how long did a guy had courted her.
“Ikaw ba, naligawan ka ba ng matagal? Ilan? Gaano katagal?”
Anne answered:
“Mga six months.”
Vice also asked her why did she let it go for so long.
“Ah talaga, bakit tinatalagan niyo?”
Anne coyly responded:
“Kasi parang mas kinikilala mo siya.”
This made Vice look at her with squinted eyes.
“Arte mo, suntukin kita sa puson, eh.”
They shared a laugh and Anne shared that she was only sixteen when the guy had courted her.
“Mas kinikilala mo siya. Eh, ano palang naman ako noon, sixteen.”
Vice asked her whether the said guy was her first boyfriend. He also recalled that she used to have a boyfriend when she was younger than sixteen.
“First boyfriend mo? Thirteen ka? Thirteen ka nung boyfriend mo.”
Anne clarified that she had a relationship with Chubi del Rosario when she was fourteen.
“Ay, hindi. Fourteen! Si Chubi. Pero puppy love, puppy love pa ‘yun, eh. Pero ‘yung talagang boyfriend na serious, yung six months yung panliligaw.”
Anne used to be a Kapuso and only starting to build up her career. She got paired with Chubi who became her puppy love at fourteen years old. However, Anne doesn’t rely on a love team anymore and she can be paired without causing an issue to her fans.
Anne and Chubi used to be T.G.I.S. stars. Their pairing remains her first and last love team. Anne still remains an active actress and influencer in showbiz. While Chubi now manages his own event planning company. He now lives a very private life.
Anne decided to ask Vice whether or not he used to court somebody when he was in high school.
“Pero ‘yung totoo. Nung kabataan mo, noong high school ka, nanligaw ka ba ng babae?”
Vice, clearly disgusted, didn’t like the topic.
“Ew! Yuck! Sira ulo ka. Naka-palda ako ngayon, ganyan ang topic natin.”
Anne revealed the Vice used to have a girlfriend at a young age.
“Wait lang, wait lang. Diba nagka-girlfriend ka?”
Vice clarified that nobody can’t take courting away from a young boy.
“Siyempre, ‘di mo maaalis sa binata ‘yun.”
Anne also asked Vice to give an advice to the young contestant when it comes to courting.
“Oh, nanligaw ka ba? Naaalala mo pa ba ‘yun? Baka kasi may mabigay kang tips.”
Turning to Boni Miguel, Vice decided to spew some wisdom.
“Ang mabibigay ko sayong tips: bata ka pa, diez y sais. Itigil mo ‘yang mga panliligaw kasi ‘yang mga babaeng ‘yan, ginugulo niyo lang isipan ng isa’t isa. Yung babae, hayaan mo siyang manahimik siya sa buhay niya at makapag-aral din. Ikaw, bata ka pa para bigyan mo ‘yung sarili mo ng pagkakataong saktan ang babae. Ang babae, hindi sinasaktan.”
Breaking the serious and icy exterior, he, then, made a joke.
“Kaya kung ‘di ka pa sigurado, kung ayaw mo o hindi, i-try mo muna sa bakla. Charot! Joke lang. Nagpalakpakan lahat ng mga bakla!”
