Xian Lim has already started filming for Miss Granny which also stars Sarah Geronimo and James Reid. Miss Granny will be the Philippine adaptation of 2014 South Korean movie. The film also tackles the story of a 70-year-old woman who finds herself in her 20-year-old body.
The said film will be under the direction of Binibining Joyce Bernal.
In an Instagram post, Xian also wrote on the caption: “#MsGranny Shooting day 1”
In another Instagram post, Xian also showcased his character as the producer: “Talent search”
In an interview, Xian shared his excitement on working with James and Sarah:
“Nakakatuwa na I given an opportunity to work with Sarah and James in their upcoming movie. I’m very excited kasi even before, a couple of years back, kapag tinatanong ako, ‘Sino bang gusto mong makapareha?’ I mean, to be able to work with Sarah is already a very huge blessing.”
