- Sylvia shared that she talked about sensitive topics such as “sex” with Arjo and Ria
Being a mother of millennials is not as hard as you think. On Kapamilya veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez’s perspective, it just takes a balanced amount of respect and trust to be able to understand her children, fellow showbiz celebrities Arjo and Ria Atayde.
During the blog conference of her upcoming movie “Mama’s Girl” with young actress Sofia Andres, the 46-year-old artist shared how she is as a mother. She also revealed how she adjusts on dealing with the youth of this generation.
“Bawat henerasyon, may rebelde,” she said.
Sylvia believes that her secret is building an unshakable foundation with her children. She takes this as an edge for them to overcome temptations and other bad habits that are rampant these days.
Known for her remarkable role as a mother suffering Alzheimer’s on last year’s successful series “The Greatest Love,” Sylvia confessed her unique traits in real life towards her own children.
According to Sylvia, she just wants them to realize that there are consequences to their every action. If ever her children commit a bad decision in life, she raised them to be ready to take on and face whatever outcome it will cause.
