Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary again made it to Twitter trending topics after she mistakenly identifies Mount Mayon in Naga.
In the video posted by Nichomachus Pius on Facebook which he claimed was posted by Mocha Uson herself on her twitter account, Mocha was seen lambasting her critics about her controversial UST Alumni award.
Mocha said the decision to return the award was prompted by the continuous bashing of UST Alumni Association President Henry Tenedero which also paved the way for his resignation.
She also called out a “few” Thomasians and some people for a making a big fuss about her award to conceal the more pressing issues in the country like the Dengvaxia controversy and Napoles’ alleged campaign contribution to Sen. Drilon.
And on that part of her rant, she mistakenly identified Mount Mayon in Naga instead of Albay.
“Ginagamit po ng ilang mga tao ang issue na ito, itong maliit [nang] issue sa award para pagtakpan yung issue ng Dengvaxia, issue ng pagtanggap diumano ni Sen. Drilon ng pera galing kay Napoles, at ang pinakamahalaga pa yung nangyayari sa Naga, yang pagaalburuto ng Mayon Volcano, dapat doon po nakatuon ang ating mga balita.” she said.
The video immediately drew netizens reaction making it one of the top trending topics in Twitter Philippines.
Many netizens reacted sarcastically, some funny while others totally lost their cool with this latest blunder from the PCOO Asst. Secretary.
@hellohanina quipped Uson was so powerful she moved Mt. Mayon to Naga.
“Mocha Uson is so fucking powerful she moved Mayor to Naga.”
Netizen @AdrianTabas on the other hand joked that Mt. Mayon opened a second branch in Naga City.

Meanwhile, Uson already apologized for her mistake regarding the location of Mayon Volcano.
In another video, Mocha said sorry and corrected herself that Mayon Volcano is now in Naga but in Bicol instead.
