On the upcoming ending of Kapuso fantaserye “Super Ma’am,” actress Meg Imperial shared her working experience with the Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.
The 25-year old actress admired Marian for being loving and caring with her co-stars.
“I enjoyed working with Ate Marian Rivera at lahat kami nakita’t naranasan nang first hand ang kabaitan niya sa taping,” she said.
“Tuwing magbabakasyon siya, may pasalubong siya para sa lahat. She even organized our Christmas party and she has a gift for everyone at, ngayon naman, she’s also organizing our cast party as the show ends on January 26. We will all miss her company as she’s really fun to work with at maalaga sa’ming lahat na kasama niya sa show. Natutuwa rin ako dahil ngayong patapos na ang show, bumait na ang character ko kaya hindi na galit sa akin ang viewers. Dati kasi, super maldita ako kay Ate Marian as Minerva,” she added.
Meanwhile, Meg clarified that she did not sign an exclusive contract with GMA Network however she is grateful for the projects as Kapuso.
“Actually, wala akong contract sa GMA but with Viva, but I’m thankful that after I did ‘D’Originals’ with them, nasundan agad nitong ‘Super Ma’am’. Pero sa GMA talaga ako nagsimula noong teenager pa ako in ‘Love to Love’, so balik-Kapuso lang ako ngayon. Happy naman ako kasi mababait ang mga Kapuso and they welcomed me warmly. After this, may movie naman akong gagawin sa Viva, which is a blessing kasi nga breadwinner na ako ng family namin after my dad passed five months ago,” she said.
On the other hand, Meg finally talked about the issue linking her to Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman. She denied that she was the reason why he went back to his old vices and got confined in a rehab center again for two years.
“In fairness to me, never kaming naging on ni JM, so hindi totoong ako ang dahilan ng anuman. It’s true na we became good friends at nanligaw siya sa akin. Pero bago pa naging kami, nakipagbalikan siya kay Jessy Mendiola,” she clarified.
Meg also expressed her support to JM after he came out from a rehab center.
“Nagkita na kami since he came out again and fresh na fresh na uli ang hitsura niya. I’m very happy for him kasi ang dami niya agad offers. So mas focused na lang siya sa work niya ngayon. Lagi niyang kasama ang parents niya sa appointments niya, para mas matutukan siya. Let’s all help him pray na sana nga, tanggapin siya uli ng tao at makabalik siya successfully sa career niya dahil magaling naman siyang aktor,” she added.
