Super Radyo’s Luisito Santos reported that a member of the Masculados all-male entertainment group Robin Robel was arrested early Friday morning for alleged possession of shabu in Taguig City.
According to report, the police authorities found two plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 24 grams.
In the sattement of Taguig City Police Senior Superintendent Alexander Santos said Maharlika Police Station 2 personnel were conducting an anti-criminality law enforcement operation when they noticed that the hazard lights of a car that was parked along MLQ Avenue in Barangay New Lower Bicutan were on.
Meanwhile, Robel and his companion Rodel Isaac are in police custody facing charges related to violations of the provisions under Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The suspects however, declined to give a statement.
Masculados members are Enrico Mofar, Lexter Lazaro, Dart Kamboozia, Nico Cordova, and Orlando Sol including Ozu Ong who just passed away last 2015 due to carjacking incident. They popularized the hit songs “Jumbo Hotdog,” “Lagot Ka,” and “Sana Mama.”
