The district of Congressman Albee Benitez in Negros Occidental has an on-going construction. The said establishment will also be for the Magic Land theme park which they will build in Silay City.
Cong. Albee also only started to wait for the ride and hope for a successful soft opening in December 2018.
He currently commissioned his fellow Bacolodeno, Peque Gallaga to create the characters displayed in the theme park.
Aside from creating the very first theme park in Visayas, he will also start to produce a film under his own film outfit, Palm Asia.
The said film will be the Filipino version and inspired by the Hollywood movie, Ocean’s Eleven. Cong. Albee went on a fishing expedition with actors, Albert Martinez and Gabby Concepcion, when they thought of the project. They also planned to include Sharon Cuneta, Richard Gomez, Aga Muhlach, William Martinez and Piolo Pascual in the long list of award-winning cast.
